Welcome to the Dispatches Magazine website. By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our membership service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

  • This website is owned and operated by Mulberry Events Ltd trading as Dispatches Magazine.

  • By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use it.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately when published on the website.

2. Online Membership

  • Memberships (“Dispatches Online”) are available as monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions.

  • Memberships grant early access to the magazine in digital format and access to premium content.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, as immediate access is provided once payment is made.

  • If you cancel your membership, access will remain until the end of the paid period.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments must be made at the time of purchase via the payment options provided.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch items within 7 working days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, postage service, and demand.

  • Dispatches Magazine is not liable for delays caused by postal services or third-party couriers.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Shop Purchases: If you buy a physical product (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, merchandise), you are entitled to a 14-day return period starting from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your expense. Once received, we will process a refund within 14 working days.

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered.

  • Memberships & Digital Content: Refunds are not available on memberships or digital products, as access is granted immediately on payment.

6. Advertising Purchases

  • Advertising space booked in Dispatches Magazine (print or digital) must be paid in full prior to publication.

  • Cancellations may be considered if made no later than 14 days before publication deadline. After this point, no refunds will be given.

  • Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and content.

7. Liability

  • We do not accept responsibility for:

    • Losses resulting from use of the website, or delays in receiving goods caused by third-party couriers.

    • Losses or costs arising from incorrect use of membership services.

  • Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
